omg as u can tell i obviously have not been on my blog for about a thousand yrs becos yes i have a social life and ive been out most of the time. if not im on fb making new frens and expanding my network. haha.
basically a levels sucked this yr because they decided that since last yrs paper was too easy, this yr make it very difficult. the thing is the qns i had were all very vague. tsd, lit paper 4 and econs all had vague qns tt were so retarded. omg. i noe they are trying to kill us but hello not in this way. anyway ive gotten over it so its time to move on and anw i wna do fashion design not some lame as course/subjects tt wun help me to rule the fashion world next time. haha.
well so its been gg out a lot with frens and having catch up sessions tt we always say will happen but it never does during the school term because everyone is just too busy to hang out. but wateva. im gg to meet all my frens before i head into the world of ugh army on the 28th of january. tt sucks like crap. ugh. and i went to thailand for a mission trip and shopping adventure 2weeks after my a's. i was so close to staying in singapore but luckily those damn rioters got out of the airport. boy were they making things hard for themselves and the rest of the world who wanted to enter thailand but cldnt because of their irresponsible behaviour.
the mission trip was really an eye opener. it was a different experience from the trip tt i went for wen i was sec 2. being older, ive learn to appreciate more things and look at perspectives from various angles so that im able to fully appreciate and take in the experience. the people of udon thani (northeast thailand) are really friendly. their lifestyles are immensely simple and they lead very happy lives unlike most of us in singapore who whine about everything and cant seem to appreciate the simpler things in life (me included). when i was returning home from bangkok, it was this incident tt made me realize how spoilt we are. there was a delay in the flight back to Singapore becos of some toilet problems in the aeroplane and this family had a few children but i'll zero in on the 2 daughters. the older one had a deep voice and she was whining about how time is money etcetc and tt she wants to go home. soon the younger one followed suit and whined and groaned about the situation which was not even tt bad, its just waiting and it was a night flight so wat the heck can u do when u reach home. go clubbing?? i was so pissed at these 2 girls and i was commenting about them to my mother and her other friends. i think they heard me talking about how spoilt they are but i dont really care because actually, it would be better if they heard it. spoilt brats. haha. i even hope they stumble across this blog to read about themselves. haha.
well other than the fantastic mission trip tt taught me a whole load of values and lessons, i also went for a super 2.5day shoping adventure. omg IT ROCKED!! with 250dollars, i managed to buy: 11 t-shirts 4shorts 6belts 7caps 1scarf 1bag 2shades is tt awesome or what. all u shopaholics out there, dun be jealous:))) as for the rest of humanity, the most wonderful season is about to arrive. so i wish everyone out there a lessed cristmas and may you find joy love and happiness this season. but most imptly, rmb to give.
