anyway we went to celebrate her bday at fort canning park. well it was fun but it was too mosquito filled and the stupid chair dirtied my gorgoues shorts. sniff. but im glad i cld be part of jayne's bday:)) anyway, here are some photos. i wasnt feeling tt well so i didnt have a lot of energy to camwhore.

a talented designer was kicked out off project runway season 5. well i really felt tt keith was good in the competition. it was just the last dress he made for tt car challenge. it was not him. it didnt feel like he had his signature trademark on it. i think he should continue making those gorgeous clothes he makes, something very edgy and artistic. in one word i would have to say COOL!! indeed it looked a little messy for some of the designs tt he produced during the season but i feel tt keith has so much ppotential as a designer and it was a little heart-breaking to see him go. but well i hope tt he'll make it big becos i admire his designs for their aesthetic and unique quality. ALL THE WAY!!
meet dave

just ytd, joahanna kester and i decided to hang out. mainly becos kester and i were like damn free and jo probably needed a break. so we met a holland v and we ate XIAO LONG BAO and la mian. it made me happy. haha. then we had fun just chatting and of course me being a cheapskate was like calculating the highest price i could afford. but nonetheless it was a fulfilling lunch. then we hopped to town for a movie. (look at the picture below).

meet dave. a hilarious no brainer kind of show. just ytd me joahanna and kester went to watch this show. we were feeling kind of in the mood for a dumb show (or at least i was) so we decided to watch a dumbass movie. i tink our choice was quite accurate. the show was indeed dumb with a plot that is predictable and all its humour were limited to being on the surface. haha. but it was hilarious. the three of us laughed at continuous interval and needless to say i'm sure u noe who laughed the loudest. haha. but anyway i would rate this show a 2.5/5 mainly becos it was such a retarded show for people like us who have worked so hard for prelims and our fizzled brains need a rest.
anyway i cant wait for the various impromptu outings that await me. so bring it on bitches:))

the olympics
Monday, August 18, 2008 @ 11:02 PM

if u havent been watching by now, u r indeed a LOSER!! OMG who doesnt watch the olympics, probably one of the biggest events in the world. sort of a drama production also with all the various controversies and the failures and the success of the various sportsmen. The olympics is one inspirational season where people teach u that there is nothing that is impossible. we see so many atheletes yr after yr breaking world records and crossing obstacles and achieving success.

in singapore, we see the fantastic female table tennis who has finally helped Singapore achieve a medal, something tt hasnt happened for 48 years. OMG!! haha. and tao li who did so well tt she almost got a medal because she was in the finals and broke her own asian games record. FABULOUS!!

internationally, the very very very well known michael phelps has also achieved his goal of attaining 8 gold medals, making him the greatest olympian of all time. 14 medals in 2 games, tts one heck of a skill.

but what i am very unhappy with so far is the attitude the china ppl have reacted to atheletics extrodinaire, LIU XIANG!! can u believe the amount of insults he mus be receiving now. OMG like pls, who the hell do those people think they are. they cant even run half as fast as him so they no right to hurl insults at him. people have their off-days and in this case, i really do think tt he wanted to run the race for china but it was just un fortunate that he couldnt do it because of a freaking injury. he is human contrary to what those rude china netizens believe. he is not a robot u can tune and then go: u r fine now, RUN. i was really appalled by the way the china netizens reacted and i feel that in the end, they dont own him so he doesnt owe them ANYTHING!! im very sure he will make a comeback at the london 2012 games and beat the shit out of everyone and prove those rude china netizens wrong. HOWS TT FOR SUPPORT!!

after the long period of time where ive been blogging about all the emotional stuff about myself, i feel like i dont just wanna blog about myself but rather things tt really interest me. ive been visiting blogs and what really inspires me is tt ppl use blogs to talk about what they like (e.g. the sartorialist and kenneth in the 212). so basically i wld like more pictures but less words. and i'll try to blog as often as i can. haha. something which i HOPE!! haha.
